Bring Friends, Make Friends: Reese’s Story

Here at Camp, kids get to experience many different activities like a three-story high ropes course, 700ft zipline, and the camper-favorite Wet Bubble! Every adventure is an opportunity for campers to their push limits and challenge themselves to do more than they think they can. It’s also where the best friendships can form.

This was Reese’s 6th summer with us and she loved her cabin!

“I love my cabin and all the activities that we do! Swimming in the lake with my friends and blobbing people is one of my favorite things to do here.”

Not only does she get to come with school friends and share this unique summer experience with them, but she also gets to make new friends in her cabin every year.

“Every year I come with my friends and we all really have fun here!”

We desire to nurture community at Cho-Yeh because we believe that God created us to live in fellowship with one another and hope to provide this next generation a Christ-centered community that they can keep coming back to. Good leaders can also inspire what these meaningful relationships look like, and our counselors do just that being positive role models in living like Jesus, showing how to manage conflict well, and actively care for others.

“My counselors are positive, they teach me stuff about the Lord, and they make me happy.”

Camp friends are the BEST friends and they make every adventure more memorable. We are confident that every moment Reese has spent with her friends and counselors has created memories that will her last a lifetime.
