Crew

"My time on crew was phenomenal. I made so many impactful relationships and I learned the fundamentals of hard work. As a camper, I often overlooked the work that went into the fun I had, but work crew allowed me to see the hard work and commitment that goes on behind the scenes. I can appreciate how important and rewarding it is to serve others; standing in the crud pit for hours is undoubtedly worth all the joy it brought to the campers. These two weeks changed my drive for everything: I learned that beneath each difficult time is a learning opportunity, I just needed to change my perspective to find it. I am forever grateful for this experience and look forward to returning as a counselor this summer."
